Visit from the Crows!

We were fortunate in June to have our cousins, the Crow family, down for a visit. We spent time in Austin, San Antonio, and down on the coast in Port Aransas. Between Sylvia and I, we have a ton of photos. Here's a sample.

On their first night here, we went to see the famous bats in Austin.  Here's everyone but me while we waited forever for those annoying bats that never came out where it was easy to see.

As is customary when we get together with Mike and Sylvia (and when noone is pregnant), we had to stay up way too late drinking their first night here.  Boy was it hard to go to work the next day!



Since the drive to the coast is so long, we stopped at the San Antonio Zoo to wear out the kids so they'd get a good nap on the way to Port Aransas.

We spent Saturday on the beach in Port Aransas with Aunt Libby, Carter, Courtney, and Uncle Jon.  It was so nice of them to come join us!

After the beach, Uncle Jon made us a delicious dinner and Libby, Jon, Carter and Courtney headed back to Austin.  After the girls were all asleep, the adults had some sangria and played some Wii bowling.  Sadly, Mikaylynn got some pretty severe heat exhaustion and didn't sleep long.  On top of that, the air conditioning went out, but I'm trying to focus on the positive here. :)

Brad had an almost perfect game.  If you look, he only failed to get strikes in the last frame.

After we left Port Aransas, we drove back to San Antonio for a day at Sea World.

In San Antonio, we went to the Riverwalk for dinner and a trip on the riverboats.

The next morning we went to IHOP, and then on to Sea World!

Last, but certainly not least, one last picture of Morgan.  Even after being overheated and getting sick, she was adorable!

We had such a great visit with the Crows.  I hope we can do it again some time!  Thanks for sticking it out through the longest blog post of all time!
